$75,000 – $85,000 a year

Case Management is a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, coordination, evaluation, outreach and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual’s and family’s comprehensive needs through communication and available resources to provide equitable access to all students.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a combination of exceptional skills in human/social services, problem-solving and communication, as well as a focus on student development and support. The Case Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving student relations in and outside of the training program, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment and managing student relations by facilitating conflict resolution within the training program.

$80,000 – $90,000 a year

An OSHA 30 Trainer plays a pivotal role in fostering occupational safety and health awareness in diverse work environments. These professionals are responsible for delivering the OSHA 30-Hour Outreach Training Program, which is designed to equip supervisors, managers, and workers with a comprehensive understanding of workplace hazards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for accident prevention. Through interactive instruction and expert guidance, OSHA 30 Trainers help organizations cultivate a culture of safety, reduce incidents, and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. REQUIREMENT – OSHA course #500, Trainer Course in OSHA Standards for Construction.

A Craft Instructor in Electrical Training plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of electricians and electrical technicians. This position merges practical expertise with educational leadership, equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and professionalism needed to excel in the electrical trade. The Craft Instructor fosters both technical proficiency and a culture of safety, ensuring that trainees are well-prepared for the demands of the modern workplace.
